Transition to Professional Practice
St Andrew's offers a Graduate Nurse Program for newly Registered General Nurses.

The Program will give graduates the opportunity to develop all the clinical and organisational skills needed for a successful career in health care. Further more, each graduate’s program will be individually structured to accommodate his or her interest in a specific clinical area.

To successfully gain a place at St Andrew's, graduates will need to demonstrate that they have the ability to:
  • Provide exemplary customer service to everyone they come in contact with
  • Work as a team and cooperate fully with all staff members
  • Constantly strive to improve both themselves and the workplace
  • Apply an excellent knowledge base to the clinical setting
  • Demonstrate safe practice at all times
Successful Registered General Nurses will be offered full time or part time positions for the year long program with work shifts rostered over 7 days, and six weeks annual leave.

Fill out this application form and you could become a part of the St Andrew’s team.
