St Andrew’s Hospital offers a comprehensive pre-admission service for patients who are booked for surgery at this hospital. There is no fee charged for this service.
Designed to ensure a more relaxed, informed admission process, experienced nursing staff will assist you with:

• A comprehensive nursing assessment
• Completion of admission forms
• Pathology and x-ray services, if required
• Nursing education relating to your procedure
  
• Discharge and aftercare arrangements

The session will take approximately 45 minutes. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative.

Country patients are particularly welcome to contact the Hospital to discuss any issues related to or planning for their scheduled admission.
