Recently our hospital sought support to upgrade a vital piece of surgical equipment: the ENT microscope used for delicate ear, nose and throat procedures.

Thanks to our generous donors, we were able to fund the $246,000 purchase of the ZEISS TIVATO 700 - an advanced system with 4K imaging and exceptional precision. It’s already making a powerful difference for patients and surgical teams at St Andrew’s. 

Here’s a heartfelt message from one of our theatre nurses:

“On behalf of our ENT surgeons and my colleagues in ear surgery, thank you for the new ZEISS TIVATO 700 microscope. It’s been incredibly well received, providing an exceptional view of the operating field and helping make a profound difference in the care we provide. We’re truly grateful for your support.”
